The elemental dance of water, earth and air speaks of ancient mysteries. Sky and sea are constantly changing affecting the land at its edge. The human attempt to control and appease the monumental forces at work is seen as the pointless and destructive exercise it is. Timeless beauty lives on.

My reponse to the atmosphere of the nearby Jurassic Coast has been this new and ongoing series, which are increasingly abstract.

The many patterns of sea and sky provide endless inspiration.
